St-Saphorin Baillival

Originating entirely of the beautiful plots of Saint-Saphorin, this wine blends Gamay and Pinot Noir. The longer maceration and oak maturation provides a stable structure to the wine. The oaky hints support the aromas of fruit and red berries without covering them up. The nose is fruity, the texture velvety and intensive; freshness and the liquorice bouquet finish the drinking experience.
